New Mexico Attorney General Response In Opposition To Petition To Release Full Behavioral Health Audit Findings

On October 18, 2013, the New Mexico Attorney General’s Office (AG) released a new section of the claims, case file, and operations audit of 15 behavioral health provider organizations conducted by Public Consulting Group (PCG) for the Human Services Department (HSD). The full report may be released by the end of 2013. In this document, the AG present its reasons why the full unredacted report cannot be released yet.
