Louisiana Legislative Audit: Network Adequacy Of Specialized Behavioral Health Providers

On October 18, 2017, the Louisiana Legislative Auditor issued this performance audit on the Louisiana Department of Health's Office of Behavioral Health (OBH). The auditor reviewed OBH's efforts to ensure that the state's Medicaid managed care organizations had sufficient participating network professionals to deliver specialized behavioral health services. The audit made the following three recommendations for the OBH:
