Behavioral Health Investigations: Phase One Summary Report 2023

On October 18, 2023, the California Department of Managed Health Care published this phase one summary report for 2023 on behavioral health investigations. The purpose of the investigations is to understand any challenges enrollees are experiencing accessing behavioral health services.
