Alabama DHR Continuum of Care Programs
February 14, 2007 The Alabama Department of Human Resources sought single, stand-alone vendors or collaborative vendors in various areas of the state to provide a range of services from moderate care to intensive in-home services, including, basic care, transitional or independent living programs, mothers and infants programs, therapeutic foster care and traditional foster care. The counties identified for continuum pilots and the number of slots per county are as follows: Jefferson (30), Mobile (20), Lee (10), Montgomery (10), Lauderdale (10), Houston (10) and Tuscaloosa (20).
