Proposed Class Action Settlement Of The Lawsuit Moreland, et al., v. Palmer, Regarding iBudget

The plaintiffs, all with developmental disabilities, alleged that the Florida Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD) changed their service budgets without proper notification. The change was due to APD's implementation of iBudget, a new method of setting individual service budgets. The court issued a preliminary injunction and told APD to improve the readability of the notices.
