On July 26, 2013, the Michigan Department of Community Health (DCH) released the request for proposals seeking bids from health maintenance organizations (HMO) to provide Integrated Care Organization (ICO) services for the state's demonstration program for people eligible for both Medicare and Medicaid services. The ICOs will provide all physical health, long-term care, and pharmacy services. Proposals were due by September 10, 2013. This document is the bid tabulation.
