Pennsylvania Department Of Corrections Recidivism 2022 Report

On October 25, 2022, the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections (DOC) published this 2022 recidivism report. In this document, the DOC follows up its 2013 Recidivism Report by examining how well the DOC is doing in pursuit of their mission to “reduce criminal behavior by providing individualized treatment and education to inmates, resulting in successful community reintegration through  accountability and positive change.” This is done by analyzing recidivism among individuals released from Pennsylvania state prisons . . .
