On October 27, 2016, the ChildrenÂ’'s Bureau of the federal Administration for Children and Families released this report which reflects all Adoption and Foster Care Analysis and Reporting System (AFCARS) data received from the states as of July 9, 2016, related to reporting periods through September 30, 2015.
