On October 27, 2017, the Kansas Department of Health & Environment (KDHE) released this draft Medicaid section 1115 waiver application to seek public comment on its plans to revise the KanCare Medicaid managed care program. KanCare is the program through which the State of Kansas administers Medicaid.
