Minnesota Department Of Human Services Program Integrity Letter To the U.S. Center For Medicaid & CHIP Services

On October 27, 2025, the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) also sent this program integrity letter to the the U.S. Center for Medicaid and CHIP Services. The letter is an alert that Minnesota Medicaid paused payments for 14 ‘high risk’ services including behavioral health and personal care, pending an audit of “suspicious billing activity and scrutinize the use of public funds . . .
