New York State Medicaid Redesign Team (MRT) Waiver

On October 30, 2024, the New York State Department of Health (DOH) published this Medicaid Redesign Team (MRT) waiver. DOH is seeking approval to implement a new demonstration program for its Medicaid Buy-In Program for Working People with Disabilities (MBI-WPD) consistent with state statutory changes enacted by New York’s Legislature that become effective January 1, 2025.
