In November 2013, the Center for Health Care Strategies (CHCS) State Health Reform Assistance Network released a brief on the implementation of the Affordable Care Act's (ACA's) Hospital Presumptive Eligibility Option as it applies to individual states for certain Medicaid eligible populations.
