North Carolina Medicaid Updated Healthy Opportunities Pilots Fee Schedule & Service Definitions

On November 1, 2021, the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NCDHHS) updated the Medicaid fee schedule and service definitions for the state's Healthy Opportunity program pilots. NCDHHS developed a pilot fee schedule that defines and prices the interventions that can be used to address housing instability, food insecurity, transportation insecurity, interpersonal violence, and toxic stress.
