On October 31, 2012, the Florida Department of Health released a request for proposals seeking a contractor to develop and administer Integrated Care Systems (ICS) in order to provide comprehensive health care coverage to children up to age 19 who qualify for coverage under Title XXI of the Social Security Act. The ICS is a contracted entity of the Children's Medical Services Network that is a managed system of care for children with special health care needs. Proposals are due December 19, 2012.
