Recertification Inspection of William F. Green State Veterans Home

August 25, 2007 The Alabama Department of Health (DOH) conducted a scheduled recertification inspection and at the same time investigated complaints related to two patient deaths at the William F. Green State Veterans Home. The last state recertification inspection of the William F. Green facility took place in August 2003. The facility was last inspected in November 2006 by the federal Department of Veterans Affairs.
