On November 17, 2017, investors sued Outcome Health alleging that the company’s founders provided fraudulent financial data during a funding round in May 2017. The lawsuit was filed following a report that some employees at the company misled advertisers by inflating the number of views. Outcome Health installs free TV screens and tablets in physician offices to assist with patient education.
