This report released by the Office of the Inspector General (OIG) for the federal Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) summarizes 23 audit and evaluation reports conducted by the OIG since 2006 focusing on vulnerabilities in state Medicaid Personal Care Services (PCS) programs.
