The New York State Association for Behavior Analysis, Inc. letter responds to the state's emergency rule that states that insurance reimbursement for applied behavior analysis treatment for children with autism is limited to New York State licensed psychologists, psychiatrists, or social workers and who are board certified behavior analysts credentialed by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
