Benchmarks For Medicaid Adult Health Care Quality Measures

This report, released in November 2014, was written by researchers affiliated with National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) and with Mathematica Policy Research. The researchers presented Medicaid and commercial health plan benchmarks and a trend analysis for the 16 HEDIS measures included in the Medicaid Adult Core Set of quality measures. For HEDIS 2013 (which covered health plan performance in 2012), the commercial benchmarks reflect health plan performance in 43 states, the District of Columbia, Guam, and Puerto Rico.
