FACT SHEET: Illinois Dually-Involved Youth Pay for Success Initiative
On November 18, 2016, the State of Illinois published this fact sheet for the state's pay for success (PFS) initiative for dually-involved youth. The PFSÂ initiative aims to measurably improve the lives of youth who are dually-involved in the child welfare and juvenile justice systems by driving resources towards better, more effective programs.
