The Most Favored Nation Model Interim Final Rule With Comment Period (CMS-5528-IFC)
On November 20, 2020, the U.S. Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services released this Most Favored Nation Model interim final rule with comment period. This interim final rule implements the Most Favored Nation (MFN) Model, a new Medicare payment model under section 1115A of the Social Security Act (the Act).
