The Department of Defense (DoD) Physical Disability Board of Review (PDBR) is reviewing disability ratings for mental health diagnoses for veterans medically separated from military service between September 11, 2001 and December 31, 2009. The PDBR will review the disability ratings to ensure fairness, consistency, and accuracy. This presentation by PDBR President Michael LoGrande provides an overview of the progress as of November 2012 regarding applications, reviews, and redeterminations.
