Massachusetts Readiness Review Plan

In November 2013, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) released the Massachusetts readiness review plan. The readiness plan was developed by CMS and the Commonwealth based on stakeholder feedback that Massachusetts and CMS received through letters and public meetings, the Memorandum of Understanding signed on August 22, 2012, the CommonwealthÂ’s Request for Responses (RFR) from Integrated Care Organizations, and applicable Medicare and Medicaid regulations.
