CMS Online Provider Directory Review Report

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) released this report on November 28, 2018. The review is on the Medicare Advantage online provider directory, and finds that 48.74% of the directory locations listed had at least one inaccuracy. Types of inaccuracies included:
