National Union of Healthcare Workers Complaint to California Department of Managed Health Care Regarding Kaiser Foundation Health Plan

November 29, 2011 The National Union of Healthcare Workers sent a letter of complaint to the Department of Managed Health Care requesting an investigation into Kaiser Permanente, who has been reported of violating California's "timely access" rule along with other rules.
