Mother Smith and Abraham Smith v. Milton Hershey School

November 30, 2011 On November 31, 2011, the AIDS Law Project of Pennsylvania filed a complaint against Milton Hershey School on behalf of an HIV-positive thirteen year-old boy for denying him acceptance due to his disease. The complaint claims that Milton Hershey has violated multiple antidiscrimination laws.
