CMS Approval of California DHCS Delay in Eliminating Medicaid Adult Day Health Care Services

November 30, 2011 On November 30, 2011, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, approved the California Department of Health Care Services' request to amend the State Plan to delay the effective data of the elimination of the coverage of Adult Day Health Care (ADHC) services to March 1, 2012.
