December 1, 2006 Washington State Health Information Infrastructure: Final Report & Roadmap for State Action Washington State seeks to create a cohesive health information system. The Washington State Health Information Infrastructure Stakeholder's Advisory Committee (HIISAC) developed recommendations for consumer engagement, organization and governance, the technical infrastructure, and financing and sustainability.
