The Washington State Health Information Infrastructure Stakeholder's Advisory Committee (HIISAC) developed recommendations for consumer engagement, organization and governance, the technical infrastructure, and financing and sustainability. The HIISAC sought input from stakeholders and other interested parties to create recommendations for action.
