December 2, 2011 In December 2011 Barbara Sard and Thyria Alvarez-Sanchez of The Center on Budget and Policy Priorities presented their findings on households recieving housing choice vouchers. The authors reviewed statistics submitted to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) by state and local housing firms to evaluate demographic characteristics.
