Massachusetts Contract For Chronic Homelessness Pay For Success Project
This contract, dated December 2014, details the specifics of a Massachusetts pay-for-success (PFS) initiative to reduce chronic homelessness. Through a competitive procurement released in 2012, the state selected a partnership formed by Massachusetts Housing and Shelter Alliance (MHSA) the United Way of Massachusetts Bay and Merrimack Valley, and Corporation for Supportive Housing. All three partners have experience with permanent supportive housing programs.
