November 2006 FY 2005: Report On Giving - USA Fact Sheet The Association for Healthcare Philanthropy carried out its 22nd annual "Report on Giving" survey for fiscal year (FY) 2005. In February 2006, 1,268 survey recipients in the United States were e-mailed a unique link to the survey instrument. By the final response date in April 2006, 327 useable surveys were returned for a 25.8% response rate.
