This complaint was filed on December 4, 2018, by the American Hospital Association, the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) and three hospitals as co-plaintiffs: Olympic Medical Center in Port Angeles, Washington; Mercy Health in Muskegon, Michigan; and York Hospital in York, Maine.
