Crisis Access Of Colorado Bid Protest Filing In Denver District Court Regarding Cancellation Of RFP For Crisis Services

Crisis Access of Colorado formally protested the Colorado Department of Human Services' cancellation of a contract award to provide statewide crisis stabilization, mobile crisis, and crisis residential/respite services as part of a behavioral health crisis services system. The state cancelled the awards on November 1, 2013 after a review of the procurement and evaluation process found irregularities.
