Pennsylvania Seeks State Reintegration Program

December 2008 Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare seeks a contractor to provide a Commonwealth-wide system of aftercare/reintegration services for youth leaving the Department's Youth Development/Youth Forestry Camp. This program will work closely with all 67 Pennsylvania county juvenile probation departments as well as private agencies contracted through the prime contractor for the purpose of providing delinquent youth with intensive aftercare services to support their successful return to the community.
