Connecticut Seeks Community Living Arrangement Services For The FY 2016 Public to Private Conversion Homes
In this request for propsals (RFP) released on December 4, 2015, the Connecticut Department of Developmental Services (DDS) sought bids from private non-profit and for-profit organizations to assume the administrative oversight of seven community living arrangements (CLA) operated by DDS in the North (five homes) and South (two homes) regions of the state. Proposals were due January 22, 2016. Total maximum funding is $2.5 million. DDS anticipates making seven awards; with each contract having a three-year term.
