The Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) and the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) are exploring the feasibility of contracting with more than one at-risk managed care organizations (MCOs) to act as a Regional Behavioral Health Authority (RBHA) to create an integrated health care service delivery system to provide physical and behavioral health care services, maximize care coordination in Greater Arizona (all counties except Maricopa County). Responses are due by January 22, 2014.
