The New Mexico Legislative Finance Committee (LFC) reported on change in the stateÂ’s public behavioral health system in response to concerns noted in a May 2013 LFC report that examined spending and outcomes of the behavioral health safety net. This current report covers the Human Services Department's actions since June 2013 to prepare the public behavioral health system for the 2014 launch of the Centennial Care Medicaid demonstration.
