Oregon Secretary Of State Audit Report No. 2014-28: Department Of Human Services: OR-Kids Financial System Problems

In this report released in December 2014, the Oregon Secretary of State, Audits Division presented its findings of a review of the OR-Kids child welfare computer system used by the Department of Human Services to support multiple child welfare program functions related to provider certification, adoption work, eligibility determinations, and case management.
