December 10, 2011 The San Diego County Behavioral Health Services division sought assertive community treatment (ACT) team services for adults with serious mental illness and possible co-occurring physical health problems or addiction disorders, who have been homeless or are at major risk of homelessness. The ACT services replace the countyÂ’s existing IMPACT and Downtown IMPACT programs. The county sought two ACT teams to serve least 247 persons aged 25-59 from the Central and North Central Regions.
