On April 1, 2013, KIT Solutions, LLC started a four-year contract with the California Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs (ADP) to collect data on substance abuse prevention services and outcomes. The contract is valued at $1.6 million. The contract period runs from April 1, 2013 through December 31, 2017. KIT Solutions was the incumbent to the contract. ADP released the request for proposals (ADP RFP 12-02) on December 7, 2012. Proposals were due by January 15, 2013.
