The Indiana Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA) convened the Aged, Blind and Disabled (ABD) Taskforce in response to a law adopted by the 2013 legislature to evaluate and respond to questions regarding options for Medicaid managed care for the ABD populations with disabilities.
