In this document dated December 12, 2013, Pearson Inc. and its non-profit Pearson Charitable Foundation entered a settlement agreement with the New York Office of the Attorney General (NY AG) over allegations that the foundation’ activities were primarily intended to benefit the for-profit organization that was its sole member.
