Oregons 20 Worst Charities List For 2012

The Oregon Attorney General provides a list of the top 20 worst charities of 2012, based on what percentage of their total expenses they spend on program services. The worst offenders were the Law Enforcement Education Program based in Troy, Michigan, which spent 2.7% of its $2.3 in annual expenditures on charitable causes; Shiloh International Ministries based in La Verne, California, which spent 3.2% of its $846,000 in annual expenditures on charitable causes; and the American Medical Research Organization based in Sarasota, Florida, which spent 4.2% of its $783,000 in annual . . .
