Final Rule: Employment & Training Services For Noncustodial Parents In The Child Support Program
On December 13, 2024, the Office of Child Support Services (OCSS), Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Department of Health and Human Services (HHS or the Department) published this final rule regarding employment and training services for noncustodial parents in the Child Support Program.
