Florida OPPAGA Report 08-71: While DMS Has Improved Monitoring, It Needs to Strengthen Private Prison Oversight & Contracts

The report was released in February 2015 by the Florida Office of Program Policy Analysis and Government Accountability (OPPAGA). The legislature directed OPPAGA to review the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) residential group care program for children in foster care.
