December 15, 2011 The state of Maryland released a resource plan for fiscal year 2011 for out-of-home placement and family preservation. The plan outlined a two-contract model that was used to serve children with intensive needs. Together the two contracts were valued at $21.5 million; they ran through June 30, 2012.
