Ohio’s Draft Plan To Comply With New Federal Home & Community Based Services Requirements

This document released on December 15, 2014, by the Ohio Governor's Office of Health Transformation (OHT) is the state's draft transition plan detailing how it will bring its 1915(c), 1915(i), and 1915(k) home- and community-based services (HCBS) waiver programs into compliance with a new federal regulation on community settings for Medicaid HCBS waiver services.
