Montana State Plan Amendment MT-21-0020 To Revise Coverage Of Applied Behavior Analysis

On December 16, 2021, Montana published this State Plan Amendment MT-21-0020 to revise coverage of applied behavioral analysis (ABA). The state plan amendment was approved on December 16, 2021. It was retroactively effective as of August 1, 2021. Montana Medicaid revised its state plan to make the following changes to its coverage of applied behavior analysis (ABA):

Revises the coverage location of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in the state plan
