ResCare, Inc. speakers presented the company's current status and outlook. The company has three operating segments:

• Community services for people with mental retardation and/or developmental disabilities

• Employment training services that provide job training and employment placement to assist people entering or re-entering the workforce

• Job Corps training services that provide educational and vocational training for disadvantaged youth between the ages of 16 and 24
