Delaware RFP HSS-11-098 Seeking Assertive Community Treatment and Intensive Case Management Services

December 21, 2011 This request for proposals (RFP) #HHS-11-098 was issued by the Delaware Health and Social Services, Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health (DSAMH) for assertive community treatment (ACT) and intensive care management (ICM) services. Proposals were due February 10, 2012. The goal of the RFP is to develop a program of ACT and ICM that is fully outcome oriented and based on the needs and goals of each individual in the program.
